We ship our products world wide and all packages are extremly carefull packed to have no any troubles at Post Checking.
- Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
- The size of our packages are never larger than what 0.7 kg for security reasons. If the order is big and the weight is higher than 0.7 we make two or more packages.
- Shipments are made from our office in EU.

2. How Long takes the whole process from making order till receaving the package?

Usually it takes 2-3 days for preparing your packages. If your products are our of stock, it takes not more then 5-6 days to deliver this products from our Labs.
Delivery time to USA is about 7-8 Work Days, to EU 8-10 Work Days.

3. How are the steroids packed?

All products are removed from their original boxes and carefully packed in specially prepared new envelope for delivery. If you need the original package of the products, we can send you in in the other package just like the simple letter. Delivery price of the letter is 30$

Shipping price of small orders is 40$. Orders which price is more then 500$ are sent for free.

Minimal order size is 5 vials. No matter what kind of vials. This is justified by specific ways of packaging products to hide from customs. Also, you cannot order 6 or 7 vials. Number of vials must be a multiple of five.
